Reliadrain Zero-Loss Condensate Removal

The ReliaDrain™ is an electrically-powered zero-loss condensate removal solution.  It uses capacitive sensors to determine when the drain reservoir is full and open the drain valve.  The ReliaDrain maintains a minimum liquid level within the reservoir to ensure that only condensate is removed from the system and that no process air escapes through the drain orifice.
  • Condensate enters the inlet opening.
  • Condensate accumulates in the reservoir.
  • Diaphragm valve is held closed by pressure of pilot supply line.
  • Solenoid valve in retracted position.
  • Leak-proof seal created between accumulation chamber and discharge pipe.
  • Capacitive sensor signals when condensate reaches maximum level (closes when condensate decreases to minimum level)
  • Solenoid valve is energized and the area above the diaphragm is vented.
  • Diaphragm valve opens and drains condensate into the discharge pipe
