Air Piping Systems

Compressed air is delivered to the consumption points by air piping. To accurately power the components that use compressed air, the compressed air must be delivered with the proper quality, volume, and pressure. The range is perfect for installations requiring the highest caliber air because it is completely air tight and easy to mount. These are labor-free, energy-efficient, and easy to install. Due to its zero leakage and zero corrosion characteristics, the series is ideally suited for compressors. This piping is available to customers in a range of specifications to meet their industrial needs.

The Compressed Air Piping systems are designed to be as effective as possible. For safe operation in compressed air applications, it has undergone extensive testing. This ensures that the systems are  safe and a dependable solution that benefits greatly from thermoplastic construction.

These include:

Easy to use light weight material.

Quicker and less expensive installation.

Greater installation flexibility.

Little reduction in system pressure.

Resistance to corrosion

COMPARISON BETWEEN Aluminum AND OTHER CONVENTIONAL PIPE.

Aluminum Piping GI & MS Piping
Modular and lightweight. Therefore, it doesn’t need heavy lifting or skilled labor. HRequires support as it’s heavy.  It also requires skilled laborers (welders, fitters) are also needed.
Because the system is modular, there is less downtime in production (push to connect). Because there is a lot of welding work required, the production downtime is more for additional work.

The ID pipe has been specially treated so that it does not react with water to form scaling, resulting in laminar flow and no friction losses. The ID id pipe corrodes over time due to water, causing turbulent flow and increasing friction losses.
For a 10-year warranty, there will be no leakage. Welding is used to join pipes. If not done correctly, small leaks will occur, increasing compressor operating and maintenance costs.
